Print or scan using the Brother iPrint&Scan application for mobile devices (Android. iPrint&Scan displays "No Supported Devices Found" on my mobile device Open "Scanners and Cameras" and Properties. The network scanning feature does not work when using the SCAN key or the control panel ofmy Brother machine. If after troubleshooting you are still unable to scan, contact your computer manufacturer or network admin for additional support. ![]() Attempt to scan from another network-connected computer to see if this computer is the cause of the problem. ![]() ![]()
